Now for the Little Creatures range of beers:
1. Furphy, a Kolshe style Ale made in Geelong, for Geelong, using all Victorian ingredients. It is a refreshing, light Ale that is very easy to knock back.
2. Pilsner, this beer has won the craft beer of the year award here in Australia. It is a German style pilsner that is light and very easy drinking.
3. Bright Ale, this ale has a gentle fruity aroma, a light easy drinking taste and a mild bitter finish. A good summer ale.
4. Rogers’ Amber Ale, a great smooth ale with a slightly toffee malt flavour. This has been a favourite of mine for quite a while.
5. Dog Days, 4.4% abv, this ale has a great hoppy aroma from the dry hopping it has undergone, it has a mildly hoppy taste and a good finish. It was originally meant to be a seasonal beer but was so popular that it has become part of the regular range.
6. Pale Ale, an American style ale that has a great fruity aroma and is a smooth, easy drinking beer with a good bitter finish.
7. IPA, this ale has a wonderful floral aroma with a lovely toffee malt flavour. It has a light finish for an IPA which makes it very easy to drink.
8. Pipsqueak, this a cider made with eating apples (granny smith and pink lady) and a Chardonnay yeast. It not too sweet and is very refreshing and quite drinkable.
